Your voice is the only instrument you perform with every day — and the only one you've never trained.

Approach

Two stages.
One instrument.

After a decade inside boardrooms at EY and JLL — and ten years on professional opera and theatre stages across Europe — I work with executives, lawyers, speakers and anyone whose voice is part of their work.

The problem is always the same. Not what they say. How it lands.

How I work

I don't sell sessions. I find the one thing that's costing you the room, and fix it. Everything after that is making it permanent.

Something important is coming. A speech. A negotiation. A board appearance. We rehearse, refine and stress-test until the delivery holds — under conditions designed to break it. You show up having already done the hard version.

Private. Tailored to your specific context and what it costs you. We identify the technical problem — breath, resonance, projection, rhythm — and fix it. No fluff. No generic exercises. Built around the rooms you're actually in.

90 minutes. Your team. The situations they actually face — board presentations, pitches, high-stakes meetings. We work on breath, alignment and projection, then apply them directly. No theory for its own sake. Every exercise has a room it's designed for.

For whom

Nobody thinks about their voice. It's invisible. You fix your content, your slides, your data — and then you walk into the room and lose the room anyway. Not because of what you said. Because of how it landed.

It's not what you say.
It's how it sounds.

01

Leaders

People respect your title. They don't feel your authority. Those are two very different things.

02

Client-facing professionals

You leave the room knowing you had the best idea. And someone else got the deal.

03

Anyone who presents

The strongest argument still has to be heard. When the delivery is flat, the content goes with it — and the room stops listening before you've finished.

04

High-pressure professionals

The higher the stakes, the worse it gets. The voice tightens exactly when you need it most.

What clients say

"

"He hears what is getting in the way before you do. The adjustments are small. The difference is immediate."

Engin O. · Senior Manager · Tesco

"

"In the first session I understood exactly what was limiting my voice — not vaguely, but precisely. And more importantly, how to change it. Something that years of working under pressure had not clarified."

Myra V. · Clinical Psychologist

"

"Serious technique. No theatrics. I left with specific tools I still use every day."

Andrew T. · Healthcare professional

"

"Julio delivered a highly engaging programme focused on voice, confidence and communication. His sessions combined clear technical direction with a supportive environment, leading to noticeable improvements in participants' vocal awareness and confidence."

Contact

If this sounds
like your room,
let's talk.

No forms. No discovery calls. No packages to choose. Write to me directly — and we'll work out whether it makes sense.

The person who commands the room is not always the smartest. Not always the most prepared. They are the one whose voice makes the room stop and listen. That is not talent. That is training.
