Voice, presence and authority for high-stakes professional communication.
I work with senior professionals, lawyers, finance teams and client-facing specialists who need their voice to hold steady when pressure rises — in pitches, board meetings, client conversations and difficult moments.
Why this work
This is not generic public speaking training. The work focuses on what happens to the voice under pressure: breath, pace, projection and how the sentence lands.
It comes from professional opera training, where the voice has to hold without force, and from a decade inside corporate rooms at EY and JLL, where the strongest idea does not always win if it is not delivered with clarity and authority.
Two rooms. Opera and boardroom. Both are places where pressure changes the body first — and the voice reveals it immediately.
How I work
Each engagement is built around a specific situation — a team, a moment, an upcoming room. Bespoke programmes by proposal.
A practical clinic for teams who need to sound clear, steady and authoritative in client conversations, pitches, presentations and high-pressure meetings. We work on real sentences they actually use, with live feedback. Not theory. Not generic exercises.
For a specific upcoming moment — a speech, a pitch, a negotiation, a board appearance, a panel, a critical client meeting, an investor conversation. We rehearse, refine and stress-test the delivery until the voice holds. You walk in having already done the hard version.
Private work for senior professionals whose voice affects trust, authority and outcomes. We identify what is limiting the voice — breath, pace, resonance, projection, vocal weight — and fix it. Calibrated to the rooms you actually walk into.
Where it applies
Primary focus
Difficult client conversations. Witness preparation. Authority without losing humanity. The voice that carries judgement, steadiness and trust.
Primary focus
Pitches to LPs and investors. Roadshows. Explaining complex ideas with clarity, pace and credibility. The voice that holds when the numbers are not enough.
Also working with: luxury and high-value client-facing teams · education and faculty — vocal stamina, presence and projection for teaching and senior client conversations.
The work
Simple tools. Not easy under pressure. We train how the sentence starts, moves, lands and reaches the listener.
01
Do not speak before the breath is ready.
02
Do not rush the phrase that carries authority.
03
Let the important sentence land.
04
Projection is not volume. It is breath, space and direction.
For whom
Strong advice can sound less certain when the voice rushes. A flat voice gives every word the same value. The client is not only listening for information. They are listening for judgement, steadiness and trust.
01
Title gives respect. Voice gives authority. They are not the same thing — and clients can tell.
02
Lawyers, partners, advisors, fund managers. The room is not only deciding on your idea — it is reading how you say it.
03
The higher the stakes, the more the voice tightens. Exactly when it needs to do the opposite.
04
You know what the voice should do. Getting it to do it — every time, under pressure — is another matter.
Selected work
Current and recent work spans UK family law, boutique asset management in Spain, international education and luxury client-facing teams. Specific clients on request, with permission.

Voice diagnostic
A short voice note about something you're working on — a pitch, a difficult conversation, an upcoming presentation. I'll listen and send back a short audio with what I hear and what to work on.
Useful before deciding whether a programme makes sense for you.
Personal audio response within 48h. Direct from me, no AI, no templates.
Contact
No forms. No discovery calls. No packages to choose. Write to me directly — and we'll work out whether it makes sense.
The person who commands the room is not always the smartest. Not always the most prepared. They are the one whose voice makes the room stop and listen. That is not talent. That is training.
