High stakes
One room. One date. Everything pointed at it.
Sometimes there is no programme to run because there is one meeting that matters and it is in three weeks. This is for that.
When people call me for this
A board meeting or investment committee where the decision gets made. A hearing or a mediation. An investor pitch or a fundraising roadshow. A promotion panel or a partnership interview. A keynote or a conference panel. A difficult conversation you already know is coming.
How it works
We take the actual material and the actual room. Who is in it, what they are deciding, where the resistance will come from, and which three sentences have to land.
Then we rehearse it properly, recorded, with me stopping you where the room would stop listening. Not general advice: this sentence, this ending, this pause.
The last session is close to the date, so what you practise is still in your body when you walk in.
What you should not expect
I will not write your deck and I will not rebuild your argument. That is your work and you are better at it than I am.
And in two weeks we are not going to rebuild your voice. What we will do is make sure that under pressure it does not do the two or three things that are costing you the room.
Format and fees
One to four people. Two weeks notice as a minimum, more if the room is large or the stakes are unusual. Online or in person. By written proposal.
A board meeting, a hearing, an investor pitch, a promotion panel, a team that is not landing. No form and no discovery call, and I reply within two working days. If you already have a recording of yourself in a real meeting, send it and I will tell you what I hear.
