Four ways in.

The work is the same in all four: find what your delivery is doing to your message, and change it. What differs is the room you are preparing for, and how much time there is.

One To One

The programme

Private, six to twelve sessions, built around the rooms you are actually in. We find the delivery problem, usually one and not five, and correct it until it holds under pressure.

High-stakes preparation

One room, one date. A board meeting, a hearing, an investor pitch, a promotion panel. We prepare that specific moment and nothing else.

With your team

Leadership teams, law firms, deal teams and sales teams. Everybody speaks, on the situations they actually face. There are no slides.

For advocates

Barristers, solicitor advocates and family law teams. What happens to a voice under judicial pressure, in cross-examination and across a long hearing.

Where everyone starts

Every route begins with a sixty minute diagnostic session, one to one, online or in person. You bring a real situation or a recording of yourself in a real meeting.

I tell you exactly where the room stops listening, what the voice is doing at that moment, and what it would take to change it. It is usually one thing, not five.

Then one of three things happens. You leave with a correction and fix it yourself, we start a programme, or we prepare the specific thing that is coming. Sixty minutes, single session, by proposal.

Fees

Everything is by written proposal, based on format, number of people and location. Tell me what is coming up and I will send you a proposal within two working days.

Travel outside London is invoiced separately and at cost. Programmes are invoiced monthly. I work in pounds in the UK and in euros in Spain.
