Tell me the situation: what room, what date, who is in it and what you think is going wrong. Two paragraphs is plenty.

If you already have a recording of yourself in a real meeting, presentation or call, send it. That is worth more than any description, and I will tell you what I hear before you have paid anything.

I reply within two working days. If it looks like a fit, I send a written proposal with format, number of sessions and fees.

If it does not look like a fit, I will tell you that too, and where I would send you instead.

London and Madrid, in person, and online anywhere. English or Spanish, whichever serves the moment you are preparing for.

Travel outside London or Madrid is invoiced separately and at cost.
