What happens in the room
Each person makes a real intervention, from their own work. It is recorded, analysed and done again. Everybody speaks, and everybody hears the difference in their own voice rather than in a theory.
There are no slides and there is no lecture. The whole session is diagnosis and repetition on real material.
With sales and client-facing teams
The brief is almost always the same. They know the product and they have already done the methodology training, and on discovery calls, demos and client meetings they still rush, sound flat and lose the prospect.
That is not a process problem. It is pace, breath and vocal variation on a call where nobody can see them. Send me two or three recordings of real calls and I will tell you where the prospect goes quiet, then we work those exact moments with the team until it holds.
Formats and fees
Up to twelve people. Sixty minutes, half day or full day. A leadership diagnostic is also possible, where each director is recorded, analysed and worked on individually.
On site or remote. English or Spanish. Travel invoiced separately and at cost. By written proposal.
A board meeting, a hearing, an investor pitch, a promotion panel, a team that is not landing. No form and no discovery call, and I reply within two working days. If you already have a recording of yourself in a real meeting, send it and I will tell you what I hear.
